Good Fellas Sports Lounge is located on Historic Route 66. Rex and Don Good opened the lounge in June of 2000. Since then, Good Fellas has made its mark on Gallup, known as a great place for friends and strangers to drink and watch their favorite sports team win it all. Good Fellas offers a full bar with domestic and imported beers. Don's son Donny is often serving drinks behind the bar and Doris Good is known to make a crowd loving "Good" Jello Shot.

In March of 2016, Good Fellas opened a food truck offering great New Mexican food. The truck is operated by Rex's son Dale Good, and is located directly behind the bar. It serves breakfast burritos, BBQ sandwiches, and tacos to customers in the bar or on the go.
